Our lovely newly renovated townhouse Casa Isabell is located in the quiet and well-kept association El Chorrillo on Calle Frigiliana in Nerja’s best area Parador. From Casa Isabell you are close to everything, both to the beach and to the center. It is only 150 meters to Playa Carabeo and Playa Carabeillo and only a stone’s throw to Playa Burriana. In addition, it is only 500 meters walk, without any slopes, to the Balcón de Europa and the old town.
In the immediate vicinity of Casa Isabell there are many good restaurants, bars, shops and much more. Despite its very central location, Casa Isabell is quiet and peaceful without any disturbing surroundings. You can actually not live better than this!

Our accommodation – a newly renovated gem
Casa Isabell is at 67 sqm on 2 levels and offers a total of 4 beds + a large roof terrace (see also pictures of Casa Isabell a little further down the page).
On the ground floor, there is a lovely living room with AC and a large west-facing outdoor terrace featuring a brand-new, exclusive Napoleon gas grill. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, and more. The ground floor was renovated in 2025!
The second floor contains two comfortable bedrooms with AC in both bedrooms and with a total of 4 beds (new beds and mattresses of high Swedish standard). The second floor also has a large fresh and tastefully decorated bathroom with a shower, toilet and heating. The second floor was renovated in 2025!
Casa Isabell also has its own private and fresh roof terrace of about 20 sqm with sun from morning to evening and with a view of the area’s communal pool and green area. Between the houses in the surroundings you also see the sea. The roof terrace is equipped with both outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The roof terrace was renovated in 2025!
Casa Isabell is fully equipped and has i.a. washing machine, a new Samsung 43 ″ 4K smart TV with access to more than 160 TV channels and Chromecast and much more. Furthermore, the accommodation has fast and free Wi-Fi/Internet over fiber.
Casa Isabell is rented weekly with changeover Saturdays.
No smoking or pets are allowed in Casa Isabell.
Pool
The area’s communal pool and pool area 15 m from the house are free to use whenever you want during the day and early evening (not open during the winter season).
Green area
Right next to Casa Isabell is our association’s well-kept, leafy and private green area. Just open the door to Casa Isabell and get access to our beautiful green area with lawn, flower beds and shrubs with park benches next to shady trees.
